Today is my 7th week checkup.. hmmm, what can i say.. probably one of d most amazing momen in my life. Listening 2 d baby's heartbeat for d 1st time..I had goosebumps! Sonographer said dat this will b d last time i will b V-scanned ... haha!! Anyway, saw d baby lukin more developed now.. i cud see d yolk sac n d heartbeat... Yes i said it rite... d heartbeat.. i saw d blood pumping machine working its way awesomely wit 147 hb/min... n heard it too... aww..... had tears in my eyes wen i heard it.. HB indicated how well d pregnancy is progressing.. so am glad there is a really strong heart beat..
Symptoms
Am still hungry as usual...bt not craving for anything.. unlike before i got pregnant, now i dislike sweet n salty food. Had some brown spotting on friday.... Very worried.. Insomnia......back ache continues whenever i travel n started feelin nausea slightly, had d regurgitating reglex but notin came out wen i sat in d car... bt no vomiting yet... n lazy.. haha!! i am not sure how to differentiate bein tired n lazy... they both sound n feel d same to me.. hated d smell of cigarette.. Read an article sumwher dat its a normal respons fr pregnant ladies to respond to certain smell that could be hazardous to d fetus so they feel nauseous... hmmm... mayb.. n i hated loud noises.. i sound like a very fussy pregnant woman... haha.. but im loving it.. skin is still slightly dry around d T-zone n started applyin anti-stretch mark oil.. mum said datm d earlier u put it, d lesser mark u have.. hmmm.. ill jz flw ur advice maa..
Emotions
Hw do i express my feelings... overwhelmed, happy, joyful, blessed... name it..i have no words to describe how i felt when i heard d heart beat... hubby was astonished as well... n yes, he was smiling ear to ear.. haha!! My baby has a heartbeat now... Now hopin dat it is gona progress well till i see it on d 10th week visit.
Dr's Note
Dr said everytihing luks fine xcpt for some light bleeding in d uterus... i then told him about d spotting. He noted down in d casenote.. Hubby asked how strong is d heart beat... He said, its very strong n hoping to c me again in 3 weeks time. Meanwhile i need to continue my progesteron supp for BD for two weeks n OD for 1 week later. Also proluton inj once every 4 days...Continue my folic acid n resume to normal schedule but not to stress my self too much... shopping is ok n light house work but no heavy lifting. But still no intercourse.. haha!! I mentioned to d Dr dat i have started obimin plus n anmum as well.. he said that is gud if i am tolerating it well... fixed appt in 3 weeks time... i will be 10 weeks by then.. so dat will be 13th of Jun 2012...

So happy to be reading this. You take care ok. Ikut je semua nasihat semua orang. Best kan listening to the heartbeat. To me, what a relief when I heard the heartbeat every time I came. Brought a smile to our face kan. Best.. Hahhaha.
